How long does a modular building take?
The building itself is usually made in weeks, and installation on site takes days. Approvals and groundworks are usually what set the overall timescale.
Design and pricing
Designing online gives an estimate straight away. A firm quotation follows once we've reviewed the specification and site.
Approvals
Planning decisions in England normally take around eight weeks once an application is validated. Building regulations can run in parallel.
Factory build
Factory build times depend on size and fit-out. Simple kiosks and garden offices are quick; multi-section buildings with lots of plumbing take longer.
Groundworks and installation
The base and services are prepared while the building is made. Delivery and craneage usually take a day, with connections and finishing over the following days.
